No. In order to help protect all personal information, copies of background check results are only sent to the individual listed as the subject of the report.
IntelliCorp will provide copies of any background check reports run on you during the past 2 years. If we have not conducted a search on you in the last 2 years, you can request an annual file disclosure. Included in an annual file disclosure will be information from our database that matches your personal identifiers. Please note that an annual file disclosure is not a comprehensive background screen and may differ from a background check ordered by a client of IntelliCorp on you.
No. IntelliCorp can only provide information that has been requested through or contained within our system. We are not affiliated with our competitors, and do have access to their information.
If IntelliCorp has run a background check report on you in the last 2 years that included a TransUnion Credit Score, we will send you a copy. Otherwise, we will not have a credit score on you, as IntelliCorp does not produce or house credit score information. To obtain a copy of your current credit score, you need to contact one of the 3 credit bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian) directly.
IntelliCorp can send you a copy of employment verifications pertaining to you that have been processed through our systems in the last 2 years. To have processed employment verifications pertaining to you, IntelliCorp would have had to have received authorization from you, along with a list of employers and contact numbers. Otherwise, IntelliCorp does not have a database of employment records.
If you disagree with anything in your consumer report, you have the right to dispute the information. Please contact IntelliCorp's Compliance Unit at 866-202-1436 or reinvestigation@intellicorp.net so we can provide you with instructions on how to initiate the dispute process.
